Wretched Shutaro!!
Shutaro Mendo goes through a string of misadventures as unfair as they are hilarious, his status as a wealthy heir doing nothing to protect him from the disasters raining down on him. Between public humiliations and repeated bad luck, the proud young man's usual confidence is put through the wringer all episode long. Ataru, never one to pass up mocking his rival, doesn't hold back from piling on at every opportunity. This concentrated dose of misfortune offers a delicious comic counterpoint to Mendo's usual arrogance.
