Recovering That Which Was Lost
A cherished object, loaded with buried memories and feelings, goes missing, plunging one of the characters into a quest as touching as it is unexpected. Ataru and Lum, despite their usual bickering, team up to search for it across all of Tomobiki. This impromptu investigation reveals more intimate and sincere sides of their relationship, far from their usual electric squabbles. The search finally leads to a conclusion as moving as it is revealing, a rare tone for the series' usually comic register.
